I. Return Window
Order Cancellation:
You may request a no-reason order cancellation within 24 hours of payment. If the order has entered shipping, it will follow our standard return procedure.
Hassle-Free Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item.
II. Return Criteria
Product Condition
Original Condition: Item must be unworn, undamaged, and free of wear marks or deformation.
Complete Accessories: All tags, gift boxes, anti-tamper seals, warranty cards, and packaging must be intact.
Exceptions & Limits
Non-Returnable: Personalized, resized, engraved, or custom orders in production are not eligible.
Promotional Items: "Final Sale" items or flash sale products are not eligible unless defective.
Certification Notice
Certification: The original IGI international grading certificate must be returned with the item.
*Important Notice: Certificates are unique. If lost or damaged, a replacement fee (typically CAD $250) will be deducted from your refund.
Simple Return Process
Log in to Account > Order History > Select Order > Click "Return". Complete the form and upload photos. Upon approval (1-2 days), you will receive a return label via email.
Email customerservice@cbtdiamonds.com with your order #, reason, and photos. We will arrange courier pickup and provide a prepaid label.
Reminder: To ensure a safe return, please package carefully. Risk of loss remains with the customer until received by our vault.

Personal Reasons: Shipping costs deducted from refund.
Refund Timing
Processed within 10–15 business days to original payment method in CAD.
